Keychron offers a 7-day return policy for all products purchased through our official store, provided they are in original condition and packaging. We strive to ensure your mechanical keyboard experience is perfect, but we are here to help if you need a replacement or refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate a Request
Contact our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the item in its original box with all accessories, including cables, keycap pullers, and manuals, to ensure it arrives in resalable condition.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided RMA label to your package and ship it back to our designated warehouse using a trackable shipping service.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for hardware integrity, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
