Which operating systems are Keychron keyboards compatible with?
All Keychron keyboards are designed for cross-platform compatibility, featuring a dedicated toggle switch to swap between macOS/iOS and Windows/Android modes. We also include extra keycaps for both layouts in every box.
How long does shipping take and which countries do you ship to?
We ship to most countries globally. Standard shipping typically takes 7-15 business days, while expedited shipping takes 3-7 business days depending on your location and local customs processing.
What is the difference between Hot-Swappable and non-Hot-Swappable versions?
A hot-swappable keyboard allows you to change switches without soldering. You can simply pull out the mechanical switch and plug in a different one to customize your typing feel and sound.
What is your return policy for mechanical keyboards?
We offer a 7-day return policy for items in their original packaging and condition. If the product is defective, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery to initiate a replacement or refund.
Do Keychron keyboards come with a warranty?
Yes, we provide a 1-year limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by user modification, accidents, or improper use.
How do I update the firmware on my keyboard?
You can download the latest firmware and installation instructions from our official Help Center. For Q and V series keyboards, you can also use the VIA or QMK web configurator for real-time remapping.
